Remembering 9/11, I honor those who died and the heroes from that day. I will never forget! I also honor those who have lost their lives since due to illness because of that terrible day. Please remember to pray for the families, survivors, and responders today.
Most of us will never forget where we were when we received the news of that awful day. I was a high schooler in class. I felt like everything should come to a stand still and just hold its breath until it all played out, but life had to move forward. School went on for me, even if it was a scary, distracted day with less accomplished than usual. Where were you on 9/11 when you received the news of the attacks? How did you spend the day? I remember watching the news on tv as the second tower was attacked and I was thinking, "How can this be happening in America?".
